Heard.

The applicants are arrested in Crime 227 of 2018 registered at Police Station Civil Lines, Akola for offence punishable under section 399, 402, 489A, 489C, 489E of the Indian Penal Code.

The alleged counterfeit currency which is recovered from the applicants has turned out to be toy notes and there is a declaration on the notes which reads "Children Bank of India".

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.

The applicants be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15000/- each with a solvent surety of like amount.

The applicants shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
