By present pursis, it is pointed out that the matter has been already disposed of vide judgment dated 16.02.2017 and as per the said judgment, the appellant is depositing amount of compensation of Rs.16,35,431/-, vide Demand Draft.

I have perused the judgment. There is no dispute in respect of quantum of amount deposited by the appellant. The permission was granted to the claimants to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant along with accrued interest thereon by this Court vide its judgment dated 16.02.2017. In view of above, Registry is directed to accept the same. After amount is deposited, claimants are at liberty to withdraw the same.
