By the present application, the applicants are seeking to condone the delay of 147 days in filing the present appeal against the judgment and decree dated 5th February,2020 passed by learned principal District Judge, Washim in RCA No. 48/2011.

The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the delay has occurred because of prevalence of COVID-19 pandemic. Moreover the delay has already been condoned by the Hon'ble Apex Court in suo motu Writ Petition No. 3/2020.

The respective learned counsel for the non-applicants has admitted such status.
