DATED :- SEPTEMBER 24, 2021 By this writ petition under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction to expedite Criminal Revision No.21/2021 pending before the Sessions Court, Nagpur.

The ground for expediting the revision as stated in the application is to the effect that the investigation carried out by the investigation agency is not proper.

We are of the view that on this ground, the revision cannot be directed to be decided expeditiously. The petitioner is not able to make out ground to expedite the revision application which is of the year 2021. There is no merit in the petition, the petition is dismissed.
