The application seeks review of the order dated 08-06-2022 in WP No. 7062/2019, on the ground that the last two sentences in para 7 do not depict the correct position. Factual inconsistencies, cannot be a ground to review the order. Apart from which para 7 itself records that in an earlier order passed by the Naib Tahsildar access way of 3ft was only granted which was not been challenged. This 3 feet access was enhanced to 4 and half feet in appeal at the behest of the respondent. The entire dispute pertains to the width of road as indicated from the record. In fact, the evidence indicates that the applicant has been already granted road under Sections 143, 144 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, considering which, no ground for review
