The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 425/2018 registered at the Police Station Pandharkawada for offence punishable under sections 306, 452, 323, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code registered on the basis of report lodged by the wife of the deceased on 20.05.2018. Concededly, the deceased Sunil attempted suicide on 02.05.2018 and succumbed to injuries suffered on 04.05.2018. No suicide note is left behind. More than a fortnight after the death, the wife of the deceased lodged a report the gist of which is that the deceased was working as an agriculture labour in the field of the applicant and was paid Rs.10,000/- as advance wages. However, since the deceased remained absent for eight days the amount was demanded back. The gist of the accusation against the applicant is that in order to pressurize the deceased to return the amount, the applicant
