This is an application for condonation of delay in 1ling the application for restoration of the appeal of which registration was refused for non removal of o4ce objections by order dated 04-10-2022.

Learned Counsel for the applicants submits that after the appeal was 1led due to inadvertence the objections were not removed within the time and consequently the registration was refused. He submits that the appellants desire to contest the appeal on merits and therefore has 1led the instant application.

It is stated that there is a delay of 596 days in 1ling the application since the applicants were not aware about the order of refusal of registration and the delay is unintentional.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, delay of 596 days in 1ling the application for restoration is condoned subject to costs of
2 cao 1464.24.odt Rs.3500/- to be paid by the appellants to Vidarbha Lady Lawyer's Association, High Court Bench at Nagpur, within two weeks from today.

Application is allowed and disposed of.
MCA st No.10940/2024 This is an application for restoration of the 1rst appeal of which registration was refused for non removal of o4ce objections.

Learned Counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants desire to contest the appeal on merits and therefore seeks restoration of the 1rst appeal.

Having regard to the contents of the application and the submissions advanced, application is allowed. The appellants are directed to remove the o4ce objections within a period of two weeks from today. After the objections are removed, the appeal be registered.
