The respondent No. 1/original applicant has moved this application to permit him to withdraw the entire compensation amount along with accrued interest thereon deposited by the appellant in this Court, for which the learned counsel for the appellant has no objection. Having considered the same, the application is allowed. 3.

The respondent No. 1/applicant is permitted to withdraw the entire compensation amount, along with accrued interest thereon. 4.

The Registry is directed to transfer the said amount to the bank account of the applicant by NEFT/RTGS within three weeks as per clause 8 of the order dated 16.02.2017 in First Appeal No.732/2004, on his furnishing his bank account details.
