DATED : 08 - 0 6 -201 The applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime 188/2018 registered at Gadchiroli Police Station for offences punishable under Sections 65(a), 83 and 98(c) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act.

The learned Counsel for the applicant states that the applicant is neither named in the first information report nor is there any other material to connect the applicant with the alleged offence.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor Shri C.A. Lokhande does not dispute that the name of the applicant is not in the first information report. However, according to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, co-accused have named one Sonu who is the brother of the applicant. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor states that Sonu and the present applicant are working hand-in glove.

In the light of the material on record, I am inclined to allow the application.

The interim order dated 01-6-2018 is confirmed. 6.

The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
