DATED : 05.09.2019 The applicant is custodian of minor child aged about 7 years, already has initiated proceedings under Section 125 of the Criminal Procedure Code. The distance between two places where transfer is sought is almost about 150 kilometers one way. In aforesaid background, the prayer for transfer is opposed on the ground that the non-applicant is ready to bear all reasonable expenses and the applicant being woman is taken undue advantage. Considering the background in which the proceedings are initiated, the fact that the proceedings under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code are already pending at Nagpur in which the non-applicant is appearing and the
