By this writ petition, the petitioner impugns the notice issued by the Commissioner of Education, Maharashtra State, Pune, dated 23.05.2016 asking the petitioner to show cause as to why the approval to the appointment of the petitioner should not be cancelled and criminal action should not be initiated against her.

The petition is premature. It would not be proper for this Court to entertain the writ petition. The petitioner has replied to the show cause notice. There is no action initiated by the respondents against the petitioner, as yet. The petitioner would be at liberty to challenge the adverse order, if at all it is passed.

Since the petition is premature, we dismiss the same with no order as to costs.
