Rule. Rule made returnable forthwith. Shri D. P. Thakre, learned Additional Government Pleader waives notice for respondent. The petitioner seeks directions for expeditious consideration of her tribe claim. The petitioner is a student and it is her case that the validity certificates have been issued to her father and sister. Since the petitioner desires to prosecute further studies, it is submitted that her tribe claim be adjudicated expeditiously.

The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent on instructions submits that hearing of the proceedings is concluded and within a period of 15 days the final order would be passed. In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed by directing the Scrutiny Committee to pass final order in the verification proceedings within a period of 15 days from today. Decision taken by the Scrutiny Committee be communicated to the petitioner.
