Learned A.P.P. is tendering an application by Investigating Officer in the Court. Registry to register the same.

In view of order passed by this Court on 09.04.2021, the Investigating Officer was directed not to file charge-sheet in the matter without seeking leave of the Court and, therefore, the present application is filed. The offence which is transpiring as per the application is under Section 306 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

In view of the nature of the offence, the Investigating Officer is permitted to file the charge-sheet within a period of two weeks from today.

The copy of the charge-sheet be given to the applicants.

If advised, leave is granted to the applicants to carry out the amendment in the application. Such amendment, if any, to be carried out on or before 05.07.2024. The copy of the same be given to the other side in advance.
