A limited grievance is raised in the present matter that the representation made to the Education Officer Secondary, Zilla Parishad, Gadchiroli, dated 03.04.2024 for fixation of pay scale and for grant of approval to the appointment of petitioner is not yet decided despite the fact that period of one year has been lapsed.

Learned AGP on instructions, submits that the Education Officer would decide the representation within three weeks from today.

The statement is accepted.

In view of aforesaid statement, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, we dispose of the present Writ Petition.

Learned AGP states that if the assistance of the petitioner is required for any purpose, the petitioner shall assist the Education Officer in deciding the representation. 6.
