By this writ petition, the petitioner has set up a challenge to order of transfer dated 6.5.2019 transferring the petitioner from Yavatmal to Pusad.

The petitioner and respondents along with their respective counsel filed a compromise Pursis. By the said Pursis, it is reported to the Court that the matter is amicably settled inasmuch as respondents have agreed to withdraw the order of transfer and, therefore, the petitioner is not pressing this writ petition.

In this view of the matter, statements made in the compromise Pursis, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. JUDGE !! BRW !!
