Heard Mr. S.S.Ghate, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2.

The challenge is to the order dated 21st March, 2024 issued by the Central Administrative Tribunal wherein certain directions about refund of the amount recovered from the respondent are ordered.

Mr. Ghate, learned counsel for the petitioners has invited our attention to the amount being already paid in compliance with earlier orders of the Tribunal delivered in O.A.Nos.2256 of 2009 and 2099 of 2010.

When confronted, it is brought to our notice that the payment of amount in the account of the respondent was placed on record, however, there were no pleadings to that effect. 5.

A support is drawn from the communication dated 22nd August, 2016 issued to the Section Officer by Asst. Finance and Accounts Officer.

If that being so, in our opinion, it shall be open for the petitioners to approach before the Central Administrative Tribunal seeking review of the impugned order. 7.
