Learned Counsel for both the sides, on instructions, makes a statement that in the facts of the case, petition be disposed of by directing the learned Labour Court to decide the Compliant ULP No.41/2019 on merits.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the subsequent events leave may be granted to the complainant to amend the complaint before the learned Labour Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the respondents, on instructions, records no objection for the same.

Learned Labour Court therefore to decide the complaint in accordance with the law within a period of one year. 5.

All points sought to be raised by the parties are specifically kept open.
