The applicant/respondent No. 5 has filed this application seeking permission to withdraw the compensation amount lying in this Court. Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the rest of the applicants have withdrawn their share of compensation. Learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 have also acceded to the said fact and given no objection to the withdrawal. In view of the same, the application is allowed. Applicant No. 5, Poonam, is permitted to withdraw the entire amount of her share lying in this Court along with accrued interest thereon as the first appeal was disposed of on 15.12.2014.

Registry is directed to transfer the said amount of her share to her bank account, along with interest accrued thereon, on her furnishing bank account details, if lying in the court. The application is disposed of.
