In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the complainant is permitted to engage the counsel to Assist the Prosecution.

The criminal application is allowed and disposed of. Criminal Application (ABA) No. 400 of 2024 1.

The complainant has filed the photographs of the injury certificate, which shows that the injured have sustained the grievious injuries and still admitted in the hospital. The investigation papers, nowhere shows that the investigating officer has collected the injury certificate from the said private hospital.
