By this application, the applicant is seeking permission to deposit the amount by extending the time. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that he has received the cheque belatedly and therefore, he could not deposit the amount. Now, he has already received the cheque, therefore, period be extended to deposit the amount.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application, the application is allowed.

Registry to accept the cheque towards the maintenance amount within two days.
