By this application, the applicant is seeking condonation of delay of 654 days in filing the restoration of appeal which registration was rejected due to non removal of office objection within time.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Delay stands condoned. 4.

Learned Counsel for the applicant stated that due to inadvertent mistake he could not noted down the enlisting of matter on 04.07.2023 in the cause list. Consequently, the office objections were not removed within a time bound period.

However, he undertakes to remove all the office objection within a period of two weeks.

In view of the above undertaking, the restoration application is allowed. The order dated 04.07.2023 is hereby quashed and set aside.

The office is directed to restore the appeal on its original stage.
