Rule. Learned Additional Government Pleader Shri A.S. Fulzele waives service of notice for the respondents.

The lands of the petitioners came to be acquired pursuant to the award dated 20-10-2018. It is their grievance that despite acquisition of their lands, they are not being paid any amount of compensation in accordance with the said award. The petitioners had made a representation to the Sub-Divisional Officer-respondent No.2 in that regard.

In the aforesaid facts, the interest of justice would be served by directing the Sub-Divisional Officer-respondent No.2 to consider the petitioners' representation in the matter of release of amount of compensation. The necessary decision on the said representation be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order. The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners.
