Civil Application (CAF) No.1675/2022 Present application is filed by the applicants-respondent nos.1 to 3 for grant of permission to correct the name of respondent no.2 in cause title. Applicants contended that the name of respondent no.2 mistakenly came to be mentioned as "Ramgiri', where as his name is 'Ramgir'. The applicants has placed on record copy of Adhar Card. In view of this, the application is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment to be carried out within one week by the appellant herein.
