Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file revision application under Section 111 of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Land (Vidarbha Region) Act, 1958, before the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal.

The petitioner is permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty as prayed for.

The petitioner is entitled to submit appropriate application for delay, if any, by pointing out the pendency of the petition before this Court 4.
