The applicant is arrested in crime registered against him for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 14 of the Foreigner Act, 1946 on the accusation that he was apprehended as he was not having valid VISA and he produced fabricated documents at the time of investigation. Considering the facts of the case, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in the application. The application is dismissed, however, considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 26th September, 2016, the trial Court is directed to conclude and dispose the trial till 30th November, 2017.
