IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

NAGPUR BENCH, NAGPUR.

CONTEMPT PETITION NO.125/2014 IN WRIT PETITION NO. 4721/2012.

-VERSUSSmt. Ashwini Bhide, Secretary, Deptt. Of School Education and another. Office notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court's orders Court's or Judge's Orders or directions and Registrar's orders.

CORAM : B. P. DHARMADHIKARI AND R.B. DEO, JJ.

DATE : JUNE 07, 2017.

Heard Shri S. Khandekar, learned Counsel for the petitioners and Mrs. K.S. Joshi, learned A.G.P. for respondents.

2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners upon instructions states that though petitioners have received appointment orders and joined, they have objection to certain terms and conditions incorporated therein.

3.

Learned A.G.P. points that in contempt jurisdiction such a challenge cannot be looked into. 4.

It is apparent that objection to terms and

Order 0706cp125.14 conditions of appointment need to be raised in appropriate jurisdiction. Hence, with liberty to petitioners to raise that challenge before appropriate forum, we dispose of the present proceedings as infructuous. No costs.
