This is an application for condonation of delay of 169 days caused for filing cross objection. 2.

Heard learned advocates for both sides.

The learned A.G.P. strongly objected the application and submits that, to reject the cross objection, considering period of delay.

The cross objection was dismissed for nonremoval of office objections. The learned advocate for the cross objector submits that all the office objections are removed. It would be proper to direct the learned advocate for the appellant, if any, office objection is not removed, he shall removed it on or before 20.12.2024.

Application is allowed subject to remove office objection, if any, on or before 20.12.2024.
