The appellant has filed pursis, stating therein that the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal. The respondent nos.2 to 5 are formal parties. The claimant is only respondent no.1. As the appellant does not want to proceed with this appeal, the first appeal is hereby disposed of as withdrawn.
