This Court while granting bail directed the applicant to attend the Police Station Ramnagar, Gondia on the fifth day of every month.

It is not in dispute that from 1.1.2018 the applicant has attended the Police Station Ramnagar regularly.

The chargesheet is filed.

In this view of the matter, the condition is relaxed and it is directed that the applicant shall attend the Ramnagar Police Station if specifically directed by the Police Station Officer by intimation in writing.
