The ground urged before this Court in review petition is that without cancelling earlier tender, fresh tender has been issued. It is urged that certain information became available after dismissal of the petition under the Right to Information Act and hence on the basis of it, the review is sought. The order was dictated in open court. The information which could have been obtained earlier prior to filing of the petition was not obtained.

In view of this, we do not find any reason to entertain this review petition, the same is dismissed with costs of Rs.10,000/-. (Vinay Joshi, J.) (R.K. Deshpande, J.) Gulande
