O R D E R

(Dated : 11/12/2021) Both the parties have settled their claim as per the compromise pursis. The claimant is identified by Shri P. S. Mirache, learned Advocate for the appellant. The compromise pursis is verified and found to be correct. Both the parties have admitted that they have accepted the terms of compromise pursis. The award be drawn in terms of compromise pursis.

In view of the compromise pursis, the present matter is disposed of accordingly.

The amount of Rs.1,60,000/- as agreed by the respondent be paid to the appellant within sixty days from today, failing which the respondent No.2 will have to pay interest @ 7.5% P.A. from the date of the award, till its realization.
