Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset, she submits that the benefits of grant of employment under the R & R Policy are not extended. She further states that the issue of grant of compensation is also pending.

Be that as it may, since the prayer is innocuous , we hereby direct the respondent nos.1 to 3 to decide the issue of grant of compensation and employment within ten weeks from today, by treating present petition as representation. 4.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners undertakes to produce the copy of the order passed today and copy of petition, before the concern respondent, within two weeks from today.

The decision taken be communicated to the petitioners within a period of two weeks, thereafter. 6.
