DATED : 13/01/2021 The applicants who are the original claimants in Motor Accident Claim Petition No. 340 of 2004, Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Akola have filed an application for withdrawal of balance amount of compensation deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company in compliance of the order passed by this Court in Cross-Objection No. 108 of 2007 filed in First Appeal No. 1139 of 2008.

The compensation amount deposited by the appellant/Insurance Company alongwith the interest accrued thereon is ordered to be paid to the applicants in equal proportion, after verifying their identity.

The Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
