DATE : 11th JULY, 2022 By this petition, the petitioner i.e. complainant has challenged order dated 21/06/2022, passed by the respondent - Commissioner, in an appeal filed by the respondent No.7. 2.

Since it is an interim order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same. The writ petition is dismissed. However, the appeal pending before the respondent - Commissioner shall be decided expeditiously, keeping in mind the mandate of the Maharashtra Village Panchayat Act, 1959, that such appeals as far as possible shall be disposed of within sixty days.
