Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have taken away papers from him and, therefore, he be discharged from the appearance. The petitioners have neither appeared themselves nor taken any steps to engage another counsel.
From the affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 it is clear that though the Scrutiny Committee has directed the petitioners to submit relevant documents for verification of their claim,

In that view of the matter, we do not find that the petitioners are entitled to any equitable relief. Writ Petition is, therefore, rejected. JUDGE JUDGE sahare
