DATED : 17/06/2019 Heard.
2] The petitioners (employers) have challenged interim order passed by the Industrial Court by which interim relief is granted in favour of the employee and the employer is directed to continue the employee for six months with further directions to the employee to file his evidence on record within six months, with caution that if the employee protracts the matter, continuation of interim order after six months will be subject to the conduct of the employee. The petitioners apprehend that the employee would protract the matter and interim order would continue in favour of the employee. The apprehension expressed by the petitioners is mis-directed as tenor of the impugned order shows that the Industrial Court intends to dispose the complaint expeditiously. Be that as it may, in my view interests of justice would be served.
By giving directions to the Industrial Court to dispose the complaint filed by the respondent/employee till 15/01/2020.
2 wp4063.2019 3] Writ petition is disposed accordingly. No costs.
