The applicant, who is said to be a student is apprehending arrest in Crime 188/2018 registered at Police Station Gadchiroli for offence punishable under section 65(a), 83 and 98(c) of the Maharashtra Prohibition Act. The applicant has no criminal antecedents is the submission, which the learned A.P.P. in all fairness does not controvert.
The name of the applicant has surfaced during investigation. In the light of the material on record, the tender age of the applicant, the fact that he is a student and has no criminal antecedents. I am inclined to allow the application.
In the event of arrest in Crime 188/2018 registered at Police Station Gadchiroli, District Gadchiroli, the applicant shall be released on furnishing personal bond of Rs. 15,000/- with a solvent surety of like amount. The applicant shall attend Police Station
aba390.18.O.odt 2 Gadchiroli every Saturday between 10:00 a.m. to 01:00 p.m. till the chargesheet is filed.
If this condition is breached, the State shall move an application for cancellation of bail.
The applicant shall cooperate with the Investigating Officer.
The applicant shall furnish his present address and mobile number to the I.O. The applicant shall also furnish proof of address.
The applicant shall not tamper with the evidence nor shall applicant directly or indirectly attempt to influence the witnesses in any manner.
