The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed Civil Application No. 1837/2025 for permitting it to deposit the enhanced compensation amount along with interest as per the order dated 30.11.2024 passed in the Lok Adalat within two weeks. The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the cheque is ready and will be deposited by 20.06.2025.

Considering the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed as prayed and disposed of. The applicant is permitted to deposit the compensation amount in this Court by 20/06/2025.

4. The appellant moved Civil Application No. 1838/2025 for permission to withdraw the compensation amount, along with the accrued interest.

Upon deposit of the compensation amount and its encashment, the same shall be disbursed to the appellant as per the terms and conditions of the compromise deed dated 30.11.2024 filed before the Lok-Adalat by transferring the same in the bank account of the appellant through NEFT/RTGS on furnishing bank details by the appellant.
