The writ petition was disposed of on 13.10.2010 and in the said writ petition as per the order dated 11.09.2002 the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- was deposited by the petitioner on 28.11.2002. The same was lying in this Court for the reason that the appeal was pending. However, it is informed that the parties have arrived at amicable settlement and accordingly, the appeal was disposed of.

In that view of the matter, the application for withdrawal of Rs.4,00,000/- along with interest, if any accrued thereon, is allowed.
