This is an application for condonation of delay of 250 days in preferring the appeal.
Heard learned counsel for the appellant and Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos.2 and 3. The learned counsel for the respondent no.1 is absent when called out.
For the reasons stated in para nos.2 to 4 of the application and as the sufficient cause is made out in the application, the delay is condoned.
The application is allowed with no order as to costs.
Hence, application is disposed of accordingly.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he is having the cheque issued towards depositing of entire amount of compensation and he may be permitted to deposit the same in the court.
In view thereof, the Registry is directed to accept the cheque of the decreetal amount.
On deposit of the said cheque, ad-interim stay granted shall become absolute till the decision of the appeal.
