Bhangade, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the applicant/petitioner submits that in spite of stay order of this Court passed on 20.08.2021 staying the impugned order dated 07.12.2019 and though, the same was tried to be pointed out to the Labour Court, Chandrapur, the Labour Court has proceeded with the matter.

In that view, issue notice to the nonapplicant/respondent, returnable after four weeks. SMGate
