Shri Lambat, the learned counsel for the respondent no.2 raises a preliminary objection to the tenability of the writ petition. It is stated that there is an arbitration clause in the agreement and the petitioner would be required to take appropriate steps. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent no.2, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition.

Permission to withdraw the writ petition is granted. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The points raised in the petition are kept open.
