We find that petition was filed only for expeditious consideration of that representation. Hence, after adjudication, petitioner has to file a fresh writ petition.

Therefore, keeping all rival contentions open and with liberty to petitioner to file a fresh petition challenging communication dated 4/4/2016, we dispose of writ petition and Civil Application No.1046/2016. JUDGE JUDGE khj
