Learned counsel Shri Anoop Parihar for the appellant, states that the compensation enhanced by the Reference Court is less than four times the compensation awarded by the Land Acquisition Officer. Hence, in view of Government Resolution dated 23.2.2017, he seeks leave to withdraw the appeal. Learned counsel also states that remaining 50% of compensation amount will be deposited before this Court within a period of 12 weeks from today.

Leave to withdraw the appeal is granted.

The first appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.
