Shri Tapdiya, the learned counsel holding for Shri V.V. Bhangde, the learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petitioner has not contacted the counsel during the recent past. It is stated that the counsel is not aware about the developments that have taken place during the past fifteen years. It is stated that though the counsel tried to contact the client on the given address, the communication/letter was returned back with an endorsement that the petitioner does not reside at the given address. The learned counsel states that it would not be proper for the counsel to work out the matter in the aforesaid set of facts.

In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs. JUDGE JUDGE Gulande
