Today, learned APP, upon instructions, submits that on the basis of order issued by learned Magistrate dated 20-05-2023, the Police of Chamorshi Police Station have registered a crime vide Crime No.221/2023 on 20-05-2023. It is submitted that the copy of order was received by the concerned Police Station through the Court on 12-06-2023. Thus, it is apparent that the principal grievance about non registration of crime has been redressed.

As regards the second prayer regarding transfer of investigation is concerned, learned APP, upon instructions, made a statement that the investigation has been entrusted to Dr. S. Rathod, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Etapalli. Thus, we find that the purpose of
