Shri Bhandarkar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mrs. Taiwade, learned AGP for respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and Shri Gode, learned counsel for respondent No.5. In view of the subsequent developments and cause of actions, Shri Bhandarkar, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take appropriate steps.

Shri Gode, learned counsel for respondent No. 5 is not opposing withdrawal of petition, however, he is opposing grant of liberty.

The learned AGP is also opposing grant of liberty. However, if there is fresh cause of action and developments and if law permits, the petitioner can approach the competent forum.

Hence, with said liberty to the petitioners, we dispose of the present writ petition as withdrawn. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE *GS.
