Considering the limited relief prayed for and which is supposed to be granted, RULE. Rule made returnable forthwith. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Ms T.H. Udeshi waives notice of hearing for the respondent nos.1 to 4. Service on the respondent no.5 is dispensed with. The petitioner is serving as a Primary Teacher and was placed under suspension on 05.11.2016 pending enquiry. In the enquiry proceedings, the petitioner was exonerated. Thereafter the earlier order of suspension was revoked on 20.03.2020. The petitioner seeks regularization of the period of suspension in the light of the enquiry report. She has made a representation dated 18.05.2022 to the Project Officer in that regard. In the aforesaid facts the respondent no.4-Project Officer is directed to decide the representation dated 18.05.

2022 seeking regularization of the period of suspension from 05.11.2016 to 20.03.2020 within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. Keeping the points otherwise raised in the writ petition open, Rule is disposed of. No costs. (URMILA JOSHI-PHALKE, J.) (A. S. CHANDURKAR, J.)
