The prayer in the petition is for quashing and setting aside the order dated 9.7.2021, in Miscellaneous Criminal Application 365/2021, passed (Below Exh. 1) by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Gondia and the Judgment and order dated 28.7.2021, in Criminal Revision Appln. 26/2021, rendered by the learned Sessions Judge, Gondia and the order dated 27.5.2021, in jk-ek-dz233@,e ,u ,y&37@2020] passed by Tahsildar, Gondia. 2.

I was not inclined to interfere.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to challenge the imposition of penalty, before the appropriate forum. 4.
