This application has been filed seeking permission to deposit the amount as per order passed by this Court on 10.04.2024.

The learned Advocate for the applicant submits that she has informed about the application to the other side. 3.

The applicant/husband has calculated the arrears of maintenance at Rs.1,75,000/- and accordingly, the prayer has been made.

Taking into consideration the order that was passed on 10.04.2024, we permit the applicant to deposit the said amount within a period of two days from today, in this court. We clarify that we had not gone into the aspects about calculation as to whether it is correct or not. It is left to the parties. 5.
